By using this site and purchasing from Perfkt Music LLC, you agree to these terms. Beat licenses are granted per the tier purchased (Lease or Exclusive) and are governed by the license terms provided with your order.

Lease licenses are non-exclusive. Exclusive licenses transfer exclusive rights as described at purchase. Services (mixing, mastering, studio sessions, playlisting) are subject to the scope agreed at booking.

All beats and content remain the property of Perfkt Music LLC and its producers until rights are transferred under a valid license.

These terms are a starting point and should be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.
