Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance
By purchasing or maintaining a Perfkt Music membership (Perfkt Plus, Perfkt Pro, or Perfkt Elite), you (“Member”) agree to these Membership Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not subscribe. These terms are in addition to Perfkt Music’s general Terms of Use and the beat License Terms.
2. Eligibility & account
Membership requires a registered Perfkt Music account. Membership and its benefits are personal to the Member, are non-transferable, and may not be shared, resold, or assigned. One active membership per account. Member pricing and benefits require the Member to be signed in.
3. Billing & auto-renewal
Membership is billed monthly in advance at the then-current price for the selected tier and renews automatically each month until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize Perfkt Music (via its payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method each billing period. Failed or reversed payments place the membership in a past-due state and benefits are suspended until payment is resolved.
4. Cancellation & refunds
You may cancel anytime through the membership management portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; access continues until then. All payments are final and non-refundable, in whole or in part, including for partial periods or unused benefits. No credits are issued.
5. When benefits apply
Benefits begin only after the first successful payment and are available only while the membership is active and in good standing. Upon cancellation, non-payment, suspension, or termination, all benefits end immediately, except as provided in Section 7. Benefits do not accrue, bank, or roll over unless expressly stated.
6. Discounts
Tier discounts (Plus 15% beats/services; Pro 25% beats / 20% services; Elite 30% beats/services) apply automatically to eligible purchases made by a signed-in active Member at the time of purchase. Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotion, coupon, or offer. Discounts apply to the purchase at the moment it is completed; a completed purchase is not retroactively adjusted, reversed, or refunded if the membership later changes or ends.
7. Elite complimentary monthly lease (provisional & vesting)
Active Perfkt Elite Members may claim one (1) complimentary non-exclusive beat lease per calendar month from the eligible catalog. Each complimentary lease is granted on a provisional basis. A provisional lease is automatically revoked and the associated license becomes void if the membership is cancelled, lapses, or is terminated before the Member has completed four (4) consecutive paid months of Elite membership. Once four consecutive paid months are completed, leases already claimed vest and remain valid even after the membership ends. Complimentary leases are non-transferable, have no cash value, do not roll over, and are subject to the standard beat License Terms.
8. Prohibited conduct
Members shall not: (a) subscribe primarily to extract a single benefit and then cancel (“grab-and-cancel”); (b) repeatedly subscribe and cancel to re-claim recurring benefits (“cycling”); (c) create or use multiple accounts to obtain benefits more than once (“perk farming”); (d) initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for properly rendered benefits; or (e) otherwise abuse, exploit, or circumvent the program or these terms.
9. Suspension & termination
Perfkt Music may suspend or terminate any membership, and forfeit any unvested benefits (including provisional leases), without refund, for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, chargebacks, or abuse described in Section 8, and may bar offending users from future membership. Voiding a forfeited license means the underlying beat may no longer be used and is subject to takedown.
10. Changes to the program
Perfkt Music reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, tiers, or eligibility at any time. Material changes will be communicated; continued membership after a change constitutes acceptance. Price changes apply at the next renewal.
11. No guarantees
Promotional, blog feature, playlist, A&R, sync, networking, consultation, and similar opportunities are subject to availability and editorial/curatorial discretion, and do not guarantee any placement, deal, contract, signing, distribution agreement, playlist placement, royalty, or commercial success.
12. General
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Membership benefits are available only while an account remains active and in good standing.
